Improper packaging can lead to damage in transit, which may affect your eligibility for a full refund. If you need to return a drum kit, we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging and using sufficient padding to protect all components. We also strongly recommend taking notes or photos of how the kit was initially packed to ensure it can be repacked securely for return.
