An interesting detail with this kit is that both toms feature internal mufflers on the top and bottom heads, which I believe was a factory option but isn't often seen.
It’s a solid, great-sounding player’s kit that still presents well especially with the reflective ebony heads fitted on both the batter and resonant side of every drum. The chrome finish always shows every mark and reflection, but in person it still looks bold and eye-catching under lights.
Condition:
This kit is in great condition overall for its age, with some expected cosmetic wear. The 13" tom shows heavier rash marks and scuffs to the chrome, while the bass drum’s original rail consolette mount has been removed and replaced with a Ludwig post mount, leaving a small area of modification. The floor tom legs are missing their rubber feet.
The chrome wrap displays various marks and surface scratches typical of this finish, all of which are purely cosmetic. Importantly, the shells and bearing edges are in very good condition, and the kit tunes up and performs exactly as it should.

Drum Heads:
This kit is fitted with Remo Ebony Ambassadors on all batter sides, all in excellent condition and showing barely any signs of use.
The resonant heads are also ebony-style, though unbranded, while the bass drum features a Ludwig-branded Ebony reso head with a pre-cut port.
Overall, the black-and-chrome aesthetic looks seriously cool — it gives this kit a bold, cohesive look that really stands out.
