This 20" Medium Ride comes from Meinl’s discontinued Soundcaster Fusion series – a German-made line that sat above the Classics Custom range and offered a more refined, semi-pro feel without the price tag of Byzance or MB20. It’s a great choice for drummers wanting something a bit special, with a modern edge and a striking look.
The Fusion finish combines a traditional finish outer edge with a darker, lathed traditional finish edge, giving this ride a defined stick sound, clean articulation, and a lively wash when opened up. The bell cuts through nicely, making it suitable for pop, rock, punk, and modern worship settings.
