This 14" Paiste Alpha China has been professionally modified with multiple cut-out holes, transforming it into a fast, trashy effects cymbal with a sharper attack and quicker decay. The work has been done to a high standard. The holes are smooth, cleanly cut, and evenly spaced, giving it a balanced look and feel.
Tonally, this mod opens the cymbal up with a brighter, more explosive response, making it excellent as a stacker, an auxiliary China, or part of an FX setup for modern rock, metal, and gospel chops-style accents.
Condition:
This cymbal is in very good condition showing some cosmetic wear from use, but remains in great playing condition. No cracks, keyholing, or rough edges around the cut-outs.
