This German-made Sonor Sonic Plus II drum kit was built in the 1990's and features exceptional craftsmanship and materials that rival many 'pro' kits of today. These shells are 6-ply maple/mahogany giving them a warm, focused tone.
Finished in a clean Satin Black, this compact configuration is ideal for smaller stages and styles such as jazz, funk, and fusion. The original tom mounting has been tastefully replaced with a Yamaha system, fitted cleanly with no extra holes exposed, and it functions very well.
A smart, great-sounding bop-style kit that holds its own against modern alternatives — both in tone and build quality.
Condition:
This drum kit is in very good condition considering it's age showing some signs of use but functioning perfectly. There are some small scuffs to some shells and light rust on the floor tom legs but these are purely cosmetic.

Drum Heads:
The 10" tom has a stock Tama drum head currently fitted which is in fair condition showing use.
The 13" floor tom has a Remo Controlled Sound which is in great condition showing light signs of use with plenty of life left.
The 16" bass drum has been fitted with a Remo Black Suede Emperor on the batter side which has some beater marks but is still in great condition with plenty of life left. The resonant head is a Remo Black Suede Ambassador which has had a port cut out in the middle of the drum.
